The project owner wants this project to be a monthly rental house or a long stay for foreign customers who are small families. The buildings will be single-story, one-bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, a living/reception room, dining area, a powder room and a separate kitchen from the building.
The design concept has divided the kitchen zone from the living area to prevent odors from cooking. The elevated entrance makes it look like floating. After the entrance, there is a hallway connected to the semi-private zone, which consists of a living room, bedrooms, guest bathroom and kitchen respectively.
The mass of the building is divided into 2 blocks, separating the private bedroom into interlocking characteristics and the mass of the semi-public part, using a rectangular shape with curved chamfers to reduce the rigidity of the rectangular shape. An oval-shaped arched roof is connected with two slab roofs are connected in a higher plane to make the roof look lighter. A shingle roof material is used to help it look natural and harmonious with the overall shape of the building.
Using wood grain tile material helps make the house look warm and relaxing, suitable for the location not far from the beach and for tourists with a warm family lifestyle. The owner hopes that when they get a group of customers with the same lifestyle, they will make coexistence of a good society and a good quality of life together.
